The house looked pretty good. Hopefully it is satisfactory for the landlord. I was interested in seeing what kind of rates you had for a regularly scheduled cleaning. I’ve moved into a small apt. downtown. 750sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bath carpet and tile. Think a monthly or bimonthly clean would be sufficient. Let me know when you get a chance. Thanks.
